Packing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Factory worker attendance management, all areas of the packing department

• Confirmation of correct packing and folding methods via email or download

• Explaining how to pack and fold the products to the workers

• Packing and folding progress report and schedule management (using Excel)

• Ordering materials for packaging and folding and inventory management

• 5S management at work sites

• Over 3 years experience at Packing department of garment companies

• Graduation from high school, college or university

• Good health condition and have responsibility for job

• Good Excel skills, ability to manage numbers by using Excel

• Spoken or writing English is good point

• Experience of working for foreign company

• Strong communication skills, open-minded and adopt new practices for improvement.

Willing to collaborate with cross-functional people.

• Work flexibility and good time management skill, can work under pressure and time

constraint
