Operation Staff - Logistics

1. Contact with shipper for all necessary procedure supports.

2. Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import,

export as well as transshipments.

3. Prepare of essential shipping documentation on a daily basis.

4. Follow up and updating customers on their import/export shipments.

5. Communicate with carriers, terminals, oversea agents and internal Logistics team if

need.

6. Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and

regulations.

7. Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such

as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of

origin, licences etc.

8. Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize

customers’ satisfaction.

9. Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments.

10. Report to manager or upper level when required.

1. College/ University graduation major in business / international trade/ logistics / transportation

2. Sea freight experience is essential for this role (logistics / transportation / freight forwarding company)

3. Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.

4. Foreign language: English, knowing Chinese is preferable.

5. Ability to work under pressure.
