Job description
• Manage and support LocknLock's online distributors to boost monthly revenue on e-commerce platforms.
• Search for new distributors.
• Handle customer data received through online channels (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, TikTok) to ensure customer care and drive sales via online platforms.
• Advise distributors on product features, pricing, and assist them in customer support when required.
• Manage products, purchase prices, and selling prices for each distributor on e-commerce platforms.
• Support the processing of online orders after customer confirmation.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues when necessary.
• Prepare sales reports as requested by management.
Job requirements
• College or university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience in building sales tracking dashboards.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce.
• Strong organizational and task management skills, able to handle high-pressure situations
