Job Description

- Supervising the quality and SLA (Service level requirement from customer) of installation and maintenance

- Analyzing the problem and maintenance, and reporting it to the related department

- Make daily maintenance report

- Arranging the technicians or third party for service call and installation according to SLA from customer

- Supporting to propose technical side of refrigeration system and electrical system with sales staff to customer

- Consulting and replying to customer’s inquiry and solving problem with company staff

- Performing routine maintenance on equipment

- Technical training to company staff and third party

- Organizing the maintenance network for refrigeration and electrical work in Vietnam nationwide

・Business English Proficiency: Intermediate - Upper-intermediate level (must)

・Around 24yrs -35 yrs

・Bachelor Holder

・Over 3 years working experience in the same field.

・Who has an enthusiastic mind for the business

Yearly Bonus: 13th month salary before Tet holiday

Working Day: Monday-Saturday

Working Time: 8:30-17:00

It will expand to the business all over Vietnam (Hanoi, Danang, Hai-phong, etc)
