Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at NDP, a leading provider of dyeing and printing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dyeing and printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development
o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dyeing and printing sector.
o Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
o Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
2. Client Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for their dyeing/printing requirements.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.
3. Market Analysis
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
o Provide feedback and insights to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
o Identify opportunities for new products or services.
4. Coordination
o Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
o Address and resolve client complaints or concerns effectively.
5. Reporting
o Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
Job requirements
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dyeing, printing, or textile industry.
• Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
o Knowledge of dyeing, printing processes, and textile materials is an advantage.
