Microsoft UEM( SCCM & Intune)

• Act as the technical leader and subject matter expert for SCCM and Microsoft Intune, providing strategic direction, architecture, and hands-on support for the organization’s endpoint management solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex SCCM and Intune infrastructures for managing both on-premises and cloud-based devices, ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems. Oversee large-scale deployments and migrations, including operating system deployments, software updates, application packaging, and mobile device management (MDM).

• Define and enforce best practices for SCCM and Intune configurations, security policies, compliance rules, and application protection policies across the organization.

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues related to SCCM, Intune, and associated technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to the organization.

• Drive the adoption of new features and functionalities within SCCM and Intune, guiding teams through the implementation of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with business needs, security standards, and compliance regulations.

• Provide leadership in defining and implementing endpoint security strategies, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle.

• Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into system health, patch compliance, application deployments, and endpoint security status.
