**Duties & Responsibilities:
**General Sale & Marketing:
- E-commerce: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals. Oversee all aspects of the company's e-commerce platforms product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall customer experience. Performance, site traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize the shopping experience.
**Required Skills:
+ Skills in managing multiple projects, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Knowledge of user experience design to enhance the shopping journey, optimize the checkout process, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Digital Marketing (SNS): Develop content strategies for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including writing posts, creating visuals, and producing videos, answer customers comments. Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach, engage targeted communities, and build social proof.
**Required Skills:
+ Deep understanding of each social platform's algorithms, features, and audience behaviors (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
+ Ability to create engaging and innovative content that resonates with your audience while adapting quickly to new trends.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with followers, customers, and influencers.
- In store marketing: The most important thing is merchandising and PG management. In addition, how can we make our products attractive to consumers in physical stores? We would prefer someone who can lead marketing activities at the actual store level.
**Required Skill:
+ Excellent skills in negotiating with media outlets, event vendors, and partners to ensure effective use of the marketing budget.
**Report:
- Perform related reports and periodically as required by Sale & Marketing Manager.
- Regular and at-request report to local authorised organisations;
**Other responsibilities:
- Other tasks requested by Sale & Marketing Manager & BOD.

• Education level: College, Bachelor degree in any fields.
• Experience:
- 2 years experience
• Skills:
- Good attitude, enthusiastic and willing to support the reasonable requests of the company employees.
- Communication skills to communicate clearly and convincing.
- Can speak English. Japanese is preferable(if any).
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills.
- Overall good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point, etc.).
- Cheerful, diligent, quick, dedicated and highly responsible on job.
