Marketing Manager
Job description
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies:
- Work closely with the sales teams to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Promotional event planning and execution
- Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, seminars, conferences, and other trade shows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical, to ensure seamless coordination and successful event outcomes.
Relationship management with doctors and healthcare professionals:
- Manage and nurture relationships with our extensive network of doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Provide them with necessary marketing collateral, educational materials, and product information to enhance their understanding and promote product adoption.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
Sales support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide effective marketing support.
- Develop sales enablement tools, such as presentations, brochures, and product samples, to facilitate sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Market research and competitor analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors' strategies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to shape marketing campaigns and enhance market positioning.
Budget management:
- Develop and manage the trade marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize trade marketing activities to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and analyses on trade marketing performance to management.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, medical, and operations, to align trade marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources when necessary.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration,Pharma or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful promotional events, seminars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Deep understanding of the genetic testing market and the healthcare landscape.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel as required to attend events, conferences, and meetings.
