Manager, Performance Management & Intelligence
Job description
The Performance Management (PM) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering contract compliance, network and operation compliance and market intelligence. We also collaborate with other functions in Platform Logistics to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building up systematic performance management, market intelligence visibility and any strategic projects in order to steer the performance following the regional strategy direction.
Responsibilities:
• The Performance Management (PM) Manager is in charge of defining, executing, managing and reporting the right Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and work hand in hand with other functions across Platform Logistics ventures to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs.
• Measure, monitor and report Logistics Performance in terms of 3PLs performance, buyer & seller experience on modes of Business as usual (BAU) and Mega Campaigns (CP).
• Conduct market insight/ benchmark report; data analysis, data visualization, statistical tools to support Platform Logistics Functions as well as ad-hoc business analysis.
• Design and control governance, framework of working process related to critical domain in PM as regional level to drive for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Operation Excellence team to identify key areas to optimize processes, reduce cost, increase productivity, and ultimately enhance customer experiences based on data analysis and market/ industry insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in monitoring, reviewing and analyzing performance across service sectors, and taking part in strategic project to reach business objectives.
Job requirements
Qualification:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and logistics, and business management – with e-commerce is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing) is a must.
Competency:
• Solid knowledge and understanding of e-logistics industry and practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret large dataset and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to identify, analyzemarket research of relevant industry trends, market size, and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge in market research, business simulation is a strong plus.
• Computer science and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, project management skills and drive improvement initiatives execution.
• Ability to learn fast, handle complex tasks, prioritize objectives and self-motivated.
• Adaptability in multi cultures environment. Ability to play as both individual and team contributor.
Experience:
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in performance management with knowledge of marketplace operations, transportation first mile last mile operation.
• Working experience in a well-established 3PL or e-commerce company is a plus.
• Experience in market research is an advantage.
