Maintenance Supervisor - Giám Sát Bảo Trì

- Establishing and managing: Developing plans and overseeing their implementation, maintenance methods, troubleshooting, and providing backup solutions for all mechanical equipment in the entire factory.

- Implementing the OMS – Pillar Maintenance program as per the general program of the Group.

- Managing spare parts to ensure equipment is always ready for production.

- Creating projects for applications in improving existing machinery and equipment and upgrading them.

- Conducting training for employees, departments, and operators on modules and equipment as required.

- Systematizing and managing construction, steam, water, and compressed air drawings within the factory.

- Researching new equipment for application, usage, and implementing training for their use.

- Researching technologies, production processes, and current equipment operations to propose innovations and improvements.

- Carrying out operations, maintenance, and repairs along with team members on machinery and equipment assigned to the department.

- Preparing catalogs and monitoring orders for tools, equipment, and materials necessary for maintenance, repairs, and carrying out maintenance and improvement projects.

- Managing and supervising employees in the execution of tasks.

- Supervising contractors and projects carried out at the factory.

- Graduated from University with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, etc.

- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, equipment installation supervision.

- Experience in maintenance, repair, machine installation, equipment installation, and equipment management.

- Knowledge in Mechanics, management, supervision, task delegation, and technical research.

- Ability to analyze & resolve issues.

- Proficient in using Office software and CAD.
