Mô tả công việc
- Working with Suppliers in oversea to get production progress and Shipping agent, Forwarders to update shipment status, shipping documents, completing customs clearance on time, final delivery schedule until cargo arriving at destination (Im-Ex shipment)
- Handle all activities of keying customs document on VINASS-ECUSS Systerm, HS code Applicant, Consumption (Im-Ex shipment)
- Preparing shipping document related (C/O, Insurance, VGM, SI…), and resolving any issues that arise during the delivery process
- Collecting and saving document for each (Im-Ex shipment)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Major : Logistics, business or related
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software,…
- Apply COO, End Yearly Report, Customs declaration and Import experience is an advantage
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience (Forwarder or Shipping Liner)
- Hard-working, carefulness, enthusiasm and high sense of responsibilities
- Be able to complete 1 set of documents (Customs declaration, Comsumption, IM-EX shipping document…) clearly and in details.
- Communication: Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Understand the policies on goods, taxes, and customs regulations regarding import and export.
