Logistics Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Managing and optimizing overall logistics operation in dry food warehouse.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum 5 and maximum 20 points including "Perform other task as assigned…". Group the main tasks into a target group to deliver a specific goal.

Order Management

1 Plan order, stock flow and track supplier delivery progress according to business plan and store opening plan.

2 Monitor supplier performance for recommendations along with HOD and Merchandising team to make appropriate adjustments.

3 Inventory control, date control, fast- and slow-moving items to promptly adjust inventory levels, turnover days align with business plans and warehouse capacity.

4. Monitor promotional goods, gifts, new items to timely allocate to stores according to the plan.

5. Allocate tasks and responsibilities under management.

Operations

6 Manage and directly command distribution activities in warehouses to quickly and promptly respond to the needs of goods.

7. Monitor goods transactions, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

8. Track, follow up on services and quality delivery by 3PL by KPI evaluation.

Coordinate and discuss with other departments in the implementation and settlement of problems arising

9. in the work to ensure the progress according to the plan

10. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Others

11. Manage documents and records.

12. Motivate their employees to complete tasks correctly and on time.

13. Report problems in a timely manner to direct managers

Education and Knowledge

1. Knowledge in Logistics operations management, bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field

2. Retails, convenience store

Experience

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Logistics.

2. Experience to Logistics management

3. Experienced in managing 3PL relationship and 3PL performance evaluation.

Skills and Abilities

1. Understanding warehouse management system.

2. Ability to work independently, control work and report work in a timely manner.

3. Planning, strategy.

4. Good written & spoken English skills.

5. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
