Mô tả công việc
- Find customers by promoting and introducing the company's shipping services.
- Make contract and discuss to Customer about shipping cargo corporation.
- Regularly contact, take care of customers, support prices, preferential services for customers.
- Provide support to the logistics team, ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are not damaged or mistaken.
- Ask customers to confirm orders, place orders outside with freight forwarders or brokers.
- Work with carriers to coordinate returns and manage electronic shipping files.
- Support the Operation Team to complete the shipment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirement:
- English communication is a must
- 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in logistics service
- Operator new setting company
- Agile, hardwork..
- Deeply knowledge about Vietnam logistics market
- Strong skill of communication
- Strong knowledge of legal regulation and customs process
- Other knowledge about relative career is a plus
