Learning and Development Expert

• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for Talent Development / Talent Pool / Leadership & Professional Development

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that address identified skills gaps and support the company’s objectives. Customize training solutions to meet diverse learning needs

• Create training content and materials, including presentations, manuals, and E-learning modules

• Implement and organize training sessions to ensure they are delivered effectively and on time

• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements. Use data and feedback to inform the development of training strategies

• Prepare reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review

• Track and analyze training program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

• Recommend improvements and updates to training programs based on feedback and industry changes

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a training or educational role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methods

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies

• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in English (4 skills)
