We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead our development team, overseeing both code and no-code processes. This role is pivotal in managing and growing the team while driving innovation to expand our tech stack beyond Bubble. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical strategy and execution of projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for web applications and responsive designs (note: mobile apps refer to web-based solutions, not native iOS/Android applications).

• Design and implement scalable APIs and robust backend systems.

• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration across code and no-code workflows.

• Collaborate with Bubble developers and UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly interfaces.

• Build and maintain custom Bubble plugins to enhance functionality (refer to Bubble Plugin Documentation).

• Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to expand the team’s tech stack beyond Bubble.

• 3-10 years of experience in full-stack development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Proven experience leading development teams or managing projects across diverse tech stacks.

• Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server, with expertise in version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Excellent English communication skills to coordinate with a global team.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and expand technical capabilities.

Nice to Haves:

Expertise in Bubble development or Bubble plugin creation.

Experience in cloud services, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with other frameworks or languages such as Python, Ruby, or PHP
