Laboratory & Facility Specialist

Main responsibilities: Manage and maintain all the instrumentation and systems of electrical laboratory & facility.

Your Tasks

▪ Manage test equipment, sample, calibration & maintenance.

▪ Update SW/HW for Test Equipment when needed, fix hardware/ software problems acting as first maintenance level able to involve the experts when needed.

▪ Design and build up test equipment (HW & SW) based on the customer requirements/ project needs in consideration of QCT (Quality-Cost-Time).

▪ Deliver test bench with complete documentation (e.g. wiring diagram, calibration instruction, maintenance instruction, etc.).

▪ Audit supporting and process compliance check (ISO 17025).

▪ Track and report status of Laboratory quality management system.

▪ Evaluation of measurement uncertainty.

▪ Handle complaints and non-conforming work.

▪ Monitor environment conditions.

▪ Risk analysis.

▪ Train for Laboratory processes.

▪ Support project on purchasing process related to test equipment.

▪ Support facility management, environment health and safety topics related to general office.

▪ Carrying out other tasks assigned by superior.

Your Qualifications

▪ 2-year vocational training and/ or special diploma or university (degree) in Electrical, Hardware, Automotive or relevant;

▪ 2 years of work experience in related area: Laboratory administration, electronic test equipment, component, PCBA circuit design, Facility.

▪ Experience on calibration & measurements electrics devices.

▪ Review and understanding of technical documents (specification, drawing, etc.);

▪ MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word for planning and reporting;

▪ Knowledge on automatic test bench, communication protocols and related tools (preferable for automotive industry CAN, LIN, etc.), AUTOSAR, OSEK network; NI equipment and CANOe is a plus.

▪ Knowledge on ISO 17025, ISO 9001, First aid, Fire protection & Prevention is a plus;

▪ Knowledge about office/ building facility technical.

▪ High self responsibility and self management;

▪ Good communication skills in English.
