Lab Senior

• Ensure Inspections according to the expected standards and customer specifications to meet customer requirements. • Allocate existing carder to achieve daily targets. • Need to be aware of all the issues created due to raw material issues in production, follow up and resolve issues with relevant departments (external & internal). • Update all the charts relevant to LAB. • Facilitate suitable technical and development needs in the respective areas. • Assist department Manager to share necessary information. • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.

• Garment & textile educational background in same position with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in Garment manufacturing companies. • Proficiency in English (4 skills) • Experience in bulk fabric inspection and 4-point system. • Experience related to different sewing/packing trim inspection and testing. • Knowledge on basic fabric testing such as GSM / Stretch & recovery / crocking testing / Shrinkage / different washing testing etc. • Understanding bulk fabric shade band and color handling process. • Experience of handling fabric/garment test failures.
