Job description
JOB SUMMARY
- Develop and implement sales strategy at channels in charge (Mom & Baby Chains) to ensure the company's sales objectives and profitability by customer and channel.
- Collaborate with the Sales team (RSM/ASM) to achieve goals together.
4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance
• Set a sales plan to achieve sales volume targets by brand categories.
• Manage budget investment of effectiveness & efficiency.
Customer
• Build sales strategies to penetrate target customers.
• Develop business size & effectiveness.
• Negotiate with the customer’s Trading Terms & Conditions (TT & C) to get a Win-Win biz perception.
• Prepare product assortment to maximize business opportunities.
• Create visibility innovation to win shelf share by product segmentation.
• Propose consumer promotion to enhance sales & win competitiveness.
Process
• Build sales plan by customer & channel (Mom & Baby Chains).
• Collaborate with the Sales team (RSM/ASM) to develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.
• Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing).
• Development and retention of the distribution network timely and professional.
• Implement and recommend sales strategies and plans.
• Understand and follow the competitive market situation.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience at the same level in Modern Trade, specifically with Mom & Baby chains.
• Good knowledge of Markets.
• Having a strong result commitment, proactiveness, and high-pressure acceptance style
• Has good agility, customer orientation & teamwork style
• Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills
• Be strong at analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good project management skills.
• Good strategic planning skills
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
