- Account Payables

- Undertake and monitor overhead transactions, including book-keeping overhead as well as the overhead report.

- Detect any variance reasons between payment documents and accounting books and send to requester for verification.

- Control invoice workflow and prepayment monitor and clearing it on monthly basis.

- Reconciliation payable account with invoice that were booked monthly.

- Prepare and process payment to suppliers and employees , ...

- Have knowledge about Tax .

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related majors

- At least 2 years working experience in payable Accounting.

- Knowledge of Viet Nam Accounting and Tax regulations

- ERP software experience is an advantage.

- Fluent English
