Kế Toán Nội Bộ/internal Accountant (Quận 7- Long An)

Mô tả công việc:

a. Phụ trách vật tư và công nợ

- Nhận, kiểm tra và hạch toán hóa đơn đầu vào

- Theo dõi công nợ phải trả

- Cùng với bộ phận mua hàng theo dõi kế hoạch thanh toán

- Theo dõi và làm báo cáo nhập xuất tồn vật tư (vật tư mang tên ES và vật tư nhận giữ hộ)

- Lập phiếu xuất kho kiêm vận chuyển nội địa (nếu phát sinh)

- Kiểm kê kho vật tư

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng bộ phận

b. Phụ trách tính giá thành

- Xuất hóa đơn đầu ra

- Lập phiếu xuất kho kiêm vận chuyển nội địa

- Theo dõi công nợ phải thu

- Theo dõi và báo cáo nhập xuất tồn thành phẩm, dở dang

- Theo dõi và báo cáo hàng mang đi gia công

- Tính giá thành sản phẩm, báo cáo tiêu hao sản xuất, kiểm soát định mức giá thành sản phẩm

- Kiểm kê kho thành phẩm, dở dang

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng bộ phận

a) Material Accountant:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming invoices.

- Keep track of accounts payable.

- Work with the purchasing team to monitor payment schedules.

- Monitor and report on material inventory (including ES's materials and consignment goods).

- Create delivery notes for internal transport, if needed.

- Perform regular stock checks.

- Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

b) Costing Accountant:

- Issue sales invoices.

- Prepare delivery notes for internal transport.

- Manage accounts receivable.

- Monitor and report on finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory.

- Track and report on goods sent for processing.

- Calculate product costs, generate production consumption reports, and manage product cost standards.

- Conduct regular inventory checks for finished goods and WIP.

- Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên nghành kế toán

- Có kinh nghiệm kế toán kho hoặc kế toán giá thành ít nhất 2 năm trở lên.

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.

- Siêng năng, chăm chỉ, có sự cầu tiến trong công việc

- Chịu được áp lực công việc

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty sản xuất quy mô 1000 lao động.

- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng sản xuất balo, túi xách là một lợi thế.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên ở khu vực: Tân Phú, Tân Bình, Quận 12, Hóc Môn, Củ chi.

- Có xe đưa rước về Long An

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting or material accounting.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Experience in a manufacturing company with 1000+ employees is a plus.

- Experience in the backpack and bag industry is a big plus.

- Candidates in the following areas will be prioritized: Tan Phu, Tan Binh, District 12, Hoc Mon, Cu Chi.
