IT Engineer

*** Mission:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, a passion for solving technical problems, and the ability to manage and support various IT systems and infrastructure:

- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.

- Network Management: implement, and manage local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for purchasing hardware and software, and for technical support services.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance IT operations."

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems , networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles.

- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
