Investment Banking (IB) - Senior Level

Responsibilities:

• Deal Origination and Structuring: Lead and oversee the identification, structuring, and execution of investment banking deals, including capital raising, investment, and advisory services.

• Financial Modeling: Develop and review complex financial models to evaluate potential transactions and present insights to clients and senior management.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact with clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships with high-level stakeholders, and providing tailored financial advice.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients and the company’s investment banking division.

• Due Diligence: Manage comprehensive due diligence processes, working closely with clients, analysts, and legal teams to ensure compliance and transaction integrity.

• Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks in transactions, providing sound risk assessment and suggesting mitigative strategies.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local and international regulations, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

• Perform other related tasks as required.

• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, with a focus on finance, banking, economics, or accounting.

• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.

• Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years in investment banking, equity research, asset management, deal advisory, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in financial data analysis and assessment.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and a solid understanding of capital markets.

• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Team Player: Strong collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.

• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
