- Oversee global inventory levels and ensure regional warehouses maintain stock within established limits.

- Analyze inventory data and implement corrective actions to optimize storage and supply.

- Negotiate and manage lease contracts for regional warehouse facilities.

- Ensure compliance with lease terms and cost-effectiveness of agreements.

- Inspect and audit operations of third-party warehouse providers to ensure adherence to company standards.

- Track and ensure compliance with the 24-hour spare parts delivery standard.

- Conduct regular audits and develop strategies to improve delivery performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

- Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably on a global scale.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, lease contract management, and third-party service oversight.

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools (e.g., ERP software).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English
