How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

As a Sales Admin Intern at Air Liquide Vietnam, you will support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and customer inquiries. This internship offers valuable exposure to sales operations.

- Technical support: Assisting users with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and developing solutions

- Assisting with managing a database: Update new products to system, refresh data, support to check data, matching codes, cleaning inactive codes

- Assisting with developing applications to advance business processes,

- Processing paperwork relating to contracts, Bidding documents (COA, COC, certs) , PO confirms, vendor forms, surveys from customer

- Perform other duties as assigned.
