Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.

Detailed Descriptions:

1. Accounting Intern – Invoice Entry – Finance & Accounting Dept – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Check and post trade and non-trade invoices into SAP

• Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Accounting & Finance

2. Inventory Accounting Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Develop an inventory system for better quality tracking, costing, and stock aging analysis.

• Perform bi-weekly grade checks and assess slow-moving inventory.

• Align system costing with actual quality.

• Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Accounting & Finance

3. Finance Analyst Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Bien Hoa II, Dong Nai

• To identify automation & apply digitalization for Cashew/Macca overall, target to save time & resources

• Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Auditing, Accounting or Economics fields.

4. Finance Analyst Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Phu Yen

• To standardize & simplify curent process of Macca - apply same with Cashew & target to have synchronize benefit

• Support stock monitoring process

• Requirements: Final year students or Freshers in Auditing, Accounting or Economics fields.

5. Finance Digitalization Intern – Finance & Accounting Dept – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Analyze historical raw material consumption data and its financial impact.

• Forecast future needs to optimize inventory management and procurement.

• Gather and clean data, perform trend analysis, develop forecasting models, create visualizations, and prepare reports.

• Requirements: Final year students or Freshers with knowledge of Finance and data analytical skills/ data visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R…)

Qualifications:

• Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics or relevant fields.

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.

• Must have good academic records.

• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and "Can Do" spirit.
