Import-Export Documentation Staff

Location: No. 25, Street 55, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, City. HCM

- Responsible for working directly with agents.

- Arrange plans and disseminate them to responsible departments.

- Store information and contact service providers.

- Make invoices, D/O, AN, send SI to shipping lines, declare Manifest, make C/O, Phyto and other documents in the chemical transportation industry

- Payment to machine manufacturers, suppliers, and related departments

- Perform other tasks according as assigned.

• Graduated from university/high school majoring in Foreign Trade, Economics or schools with training in foreign trade - international transport - logistics

Skills & experience:

• Over 1 year of experience in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, or other businesses with good relationships with import-export companies, production-import investment enterprises

• Priority is given to candidates with experience and knowledge in the field of export production and processing

• Have basic knowledge of foreign trade operations, transportation-insurance, international payments, and Incoterms

• Have good understanding of the market
