HR Specialist

KRA 1: Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage recruitment for staff and below levels, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently.

• Post job vacancies on major job platforms and social media channels.

• Receive, screen applications, and coordinate interview processes.

• Conduct background checks and reference verifications.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and select candidates.

• Extend job offers and coordinate onboarding plans.

• Organize and facilitate training and orientation for new employees.

KRA 2: Timesheet & HR Records Management

• Oversee attendance records, working hours, and leave management.

• Ensure accurate data entry and update HR software systems.

• Maintain and verify HR documents according to company policies.

• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.

KRA 3: Employee Relations & Engagement

• Conduct orientation training for new employees, updating onboarding materials as needed.

• Support training initiatives to enhance employee understanding of workplace policies.

• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

• Organize internal activities such as company trips, year-end parties, and other employee engagement events.

• Participate in team or company-wide activities and projects as required. • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Relevant Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist

Strong knowledge of talent management and employment laws.

English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

Competent in Canva and Capcut.
