Job description
• Manage employee account by opening file/close file and update records timely and properly in internal HR systems (IBS, ERM)
• Assist On-board procedures, initial arrangements with other functions before 1st day of new joiners
• Verify overtime and annual leave records in OTAL system
• Maintain staff files and keep them up to date via HR systems
• Manage probation assessment and labor contracts
• Coordinate clearance procedures for leavers including preparing and reviewing exit checklist
• Manage firm’s credit card (open/terminate/extend limit) for Managers and above
• Issue Employment Certificates/Visa application
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Senior
Job requirements
• University graduate from Business Administration, HR Management or other equivalent discipline
• At least 1 year working experience within an HR role, preferably in a similar professional services environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken, English and Vietnamese
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel) are additional
