Job description
• Manage HR Department’s activities such C&B, Training & Development, Employee evaluation.
• Supervise and update HR policies, Give suggestion to BOD for implementing policies in accordance with labour code.
• Work with Head of BUs/Manager to follow new hire/training/KPI appraisal.
• On behalf of BOD make the labour report and work with Hepza’s labour dept on labour issues.
• Make headcount plan and follow the budget based on yearly plan approval.
• Build the recruitment process and training & development process, guide the process implemented in company;
• Build the C&B process, update the changes regulated by government, and follow the implementation.
• Control the labour contract such as kinds of labour contract, evaluate to extend the labour contract, and give the resignation process in accordance with labour code.
• Suggest BOD to give the policies such as travel policy, other allowance policies based on Company’s business strategy;
• Supervise the current policies such as Job Description, recruitment, salary calculation, appraisal introduced and applied for employees in company;
• Review and suggest BOD the current policies or new policies such as allowance, salary structure, salary calculation, performance appraisal in accordance with Company’ business target strategy and labour law code.
• Give the program of new hire training and develop basic soft skills for current employees based on evaluation feedback of Dept head and yearly training plan.
• Coordinate with heads of Department to give headcount plan and follow it according to yearly headcount plan approved.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Work with company’s trade Union to supervise the labour law implementation in Company and supervise the labour discipline of employees at working areas.
• Control the company discipline, work with trade union to solve the conflict, and suggest BOD the solution of discipline and conflict adapted to labour code.
• Controls and system evaluation of administration of personnel in company unit.
• Controls and evaluates public work relating to General Affair and company security and safety.
• Manage & support Company events.
• Make the monthly Reports and follow direction of regional HR.
• Office monthly expenses (stationery, cleaning, gasoline…).
• Control & manage Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development.
• Control & manage training & recruiting fee.
• Employer Branding: approve plans/budgets, monitor and evaluate activities for branding purposes.
• Follow and implement other requirements assigned by reporting Manager.
Job requirements
Requirements:
• University graduation, Master’s degree is preferred.
• Management and General Affair, Law or Psychology.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
• Good communication in English.
