Job description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager provides comprehensive HR partnership including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, data management, and policy implementation. Address complex employee relations issues with a diverse scope, focusing on developing partnerships with directors and managers. This role contribute to HR strategy, leads workforce planning, and champions Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities
1. Handle intricate employee relations matters, applying a deep understanding of policies and regulations
2. Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management, talent development, and conflict resolution
3. Drive workforce planning strategies and collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs
4. Initiate and manage HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance
5. Partner with the center of excellence teams to develop and implement HR programs
6. Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategies to support business strategy and Diversity and Inclusion efforts
7. Advise business leaders to ensure competitive compensation and internal equity
8. Provide counsel on Talent Acquisition strategy
9. Other reasonable duties as requested
Job requirements
• Bachelors Human Resources Management required or related field required
• 5+ years Human Resources related experience required
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI preferred or Certified Professional (CP) - SHRM preferred
• English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
Professional knowledge and skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business-partners
• Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
• Ability to proactively and independently drive projects to completion
• Demonstrated customer service insights including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters.
