HR Admin Supervisor (Binh Duong)

Primary Objective:
- Manage staff to ensure that the operation of Admin in-store is managed properly, timely, and accurately.
- Manage store related documents as required by government agencies.
- Ensure fixtures, equipment, machine, and stationery in time delivery.

4. Accounting management
5. Other tasks
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Manpower management (20%)
- Plan manpower schedule. Ensure sufficient manpower during operation and get work performance
- Be responsible for Group Leader(s) and General Staff’s performance
- Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Division’s staffing
- Motivate, training and develop staff to encourage their professional development
- Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes
- Build and promote teamwork spirit
- Recheck to ensure a reasonable arrangement of shifts for the opening, closing the store, and balancing.
2. Human Resources management (20%)
- Check and ensure recruitment of store runs smoothly
- Complete report timely.
3. Cost and equipment management (30%)
- Controlling the use of expenses, comparing with the same period and the previous month
- Find the cause if there is a cost related problem
- Find solutions to use reasonable costs
- Keep track of licenses and certificates so they don't expire
- Timely grasp the situation of machinery damage to quickly handle and track the progress and repair history of each machine
- Ensure safe facilities for customers and employee
- Prepare stationary & support monthly stock take and bio-yearly stock take as the company rules.
4. Accounting management (20%)
- Make sure the store's accounting department complies with the regulations on cash, vouchers, sold tape management
- Control the collection of COD, deposit, and excess money of cashiers, do not let the situation of loss happen
- Complete report timely.
5. Other tasks (10%)
- Opening & closing Store
- Be on duty and act as Store Manager when as Store Manager not present at work
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/ University degree
- At least 03 years related experience in related to merchandise management and 01 year experience in managing a team
- High pressure
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database
- Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays

- Show good attention to detail
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
- Leadership: Acting leadership by example
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English is a plus

Working hours: Rotating shifts 8 hours/day; 6 days off/month
