Responsibilities:
*Recruitment Strategy:
• Manage the recruitment process for Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, etc.), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Oversee hiring across all functions and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead to manage daily operations.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies that correspond with the company's headcount plan and business objectives, maintaining consistency with organizational goals.
• Use talent market intelligence, especially in Commerce, to break down roles into key competences and discover outstanding applicants who may not fit standard descriptions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by engaging in consultative discussions to challenge and refine job requirements.
• Control selection policies and strategies to attract excellent people, especially for senior and expert positions.
• Manage large annual recruitment budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with business growth strategies.
*Stakeholder and Talent Pool Management:
• Demonstrate expertise in the talent market, particularly for Commerce roles,
to attract top candidates.
• Assist business executives by giving insights and recommendations based on
market information and data analysis.
• Manage stakeholder requests to align recruitment efforts with company goals
and prioritize long-term value.
• Foster collaboration with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and
stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Provide stakeholders with KPI reports to ensure transparency and continual
progress in the recruitment process.
*Process Optimization and Innovation:
• Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
• Leverage advanced recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the sourcing, assessment, and selection of candidates.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose solutions to streamline operations and improve candidate experience.
*Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with HR colleagues on Employer Branding and Talent Development to link recruitment efforts with overall talent management goals.
• Align recruitment operations with employer branding to convey a consistent and appealing company image to potential applicants.
• Collaborate with HR management to execute initiatives that improve employee experience and align with organizational talent strategy.
• Supervise and train recruitment team and functional interviewers to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise for their responsibilities.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for Commercial functions.
• Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing stakeholder relationships within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budget management and recruitment process improvement.
• Strong market intelligence and the ability to break down roles into key competencies and skills.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, advise, and influence business leaders effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
