Head Of Internal Audit

- Plan, execute, manage, and oversee audit projects in accordance with Global Internal Audit methodology, ensuring they are completed effectively and efficiently. - Apply strong auditing knowledge, particularly in IFRS, to various audit projects. - Train, mentor, and supervise IA team members, reviewing audit deliverables and workpapers for compliance with GIA standards. - Assess risks and controls in business processes, collaborate effectively with auditees, and oversee audit findings, recommendations, and follow-ups until final audit report issuance. - Enhance risk and control awareness by facilitating control self-assessment programs. - Continuously review and provide feedback on new or existing policies and procedures to maintain effective controls.

- Demonstrate the highest integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards. - Proven experience in managing audit projects with high-quality results, including effective fieldwork auditing. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work professionally with local plant process owners at all levels, ensuring consistent project delivery within deadlines. - Solid technical and analytical IFRS skills, with a commitment to mentoring IA team members. - Extensive hands-on experience with internal audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, and investigation processes. - Ability to work independently with reliable communication and timely reporting to GIA. - Effective team player, self-driven, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure. - Bachelor’s degree or recognized professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent). - At least 10 years of relevant auditing/accounting experience from international firms or multinational corporations. - Strong proficiency in report writing, fluency in business English, and effective presentation skills for communicating audit matters virtually or in-person. - Advanced data analytics skills, especially in Excel, with the ability to perform high-quality data analysis and data mining in audit projects.
