THE PROJECT / CONTEXT

• PCMB Project: Become an Optimal Choice for the glo-cal green business

• VIP, one of pioneer suppliers who produce carbon Frame & Fork, 1 dedicated production site for Decathlon

On progress to build and co-write the VIP Partner Project in 2025, Turnover is promising to triple in the next 3 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You define and manage supply performance targets in Bike scope (T/O, L/T, SOT…etc)

• You drive supply autonomy and transform the supplier’s performance sustainably

• You implement supply monitoring tools and follow up action plans in a timely manner

• You manage the forecast, book capacity and anticipate the components and production planning to fi t with customer needs

• You anticipate supply risk and proactively involve problem-solving (local & overseas)

• You take the lead to manage full value chain of key component process (Raw material, capacity, stocks, supplier risk management…etc)

• You are a strong player of key projects in PCMBike to be fit and transformed

• You are able to set up the supply chain system following Decathlon rules for the new opening suppliers

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• You have minimum 3-5 years experience in supply, and experience in component & finished goods production is a big advantage

• You are ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions

• You have leadership & supplier management skills

• You are a motivational communicator & a good negotiator

• You have experience in project management

• You’re good at communication in English, Vietnamese & Chinese is a plus

• You are passionate about sports

• You used to work in international environment

• Open-minded, proactive, dare to change and challenge his/herself, Good at problem-solving

• You are good at excel

• You are able to analyse and solve problems based on data taken from many sources

• You are able to travel to the North of Vietnam frequently
