JOB SUMMARY
* Administration the full compliance of Employee data and HR systems with all internal and external law requirement.
* Carries out pre-employment documentation activities in accordance to company policies and established controls.
* Ensures that all activities and documents are timely done from the time the associate’s separation or retirement is approved until he receives his final pay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry and Organizational Management
* Collects, organizes and maintains a variety of confidential employment related records, files, reports, and certifications according to policy and legal requirements.
* Assures proper storage, organization and retrieval of information of HR records.
* Prepare documents in relation to employees (i.e. promotion, demotion, documents for termination purpose, certificates etc.) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met.
* Follow up probation evaluations/ contract renewal evaluations and prepare labor contract within required timeframe
* Get fingerprints for new hires; scan and file employees' personal records
HR Systems
* Process personnel data changes, new hires, status changes, dependents number, terminations, etc in respective systems (Success Factors, SAP Payroll, T&A, etc)
* Maintain systems, testing, amending and updating as required
* Resolve employee queries and provide the advise regarding system in relation to employee's data (Success Factor) and Time and Attendance (T&A); check and fix errors
Statutory Insurance/PIT
* Administer employee SI, UI, HI insurance including preparing monthly, quarterly report & supporting document to SI authority / issue & close SI book / submit document of Sick leave, maternity leave, etc. for process to claim SI benefit & payment for employee, issue Insurance cards
* Issue tax code and register employee's dependents information on government's tax system
Reports
* Submit labor report to Labor office and other reports to site authorities (when required)
* Provide all required & ad hoc reports as per request of direct superiors
Onboarding & Off-boarding
* Collaborates with Talent Acquisition on the on-boarding and pre-employment documentation of new hires, directors, managers and non-managers alike. Coordinates the timely and accurate processing of new hires’ pre-employment requirements and documentation.
* Manages the off-boarding process, from online clearance activation until release of final pay and all other allied activities. Coordinates with HRBPs for the timely completeness of online clearances.
Yêu cầu công việc
University/Bachelor’s degree
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably HR related or business related courses
At least 2 to 3 years relevant work experience in HR functions is an edge
Customer service skill
Detailed oriented
Labor Law
Social Insurance/Tax (dependent) Law
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word
