Job description
Customer Service Officer:
- To ensure timely, adequate and exact service of cash in/ cash out/ fund transfer/ cheque
- To ensure best customer satisfaction
- Handling all job as teller /one-stop service: Opening Account, Deposit, Inward & Outward Remittance, Credit Card
- Report all overall tasks and quality of work & business - Printing daily reports for Manager approval.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements
Customer Service Officer:
- University graduates
- Have sufficient ability of marketing and banking operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage
- Good Customer service mindset and high responsibility in teamwork
- High self-motivated and committed
- Friendly, cheerful and supporting manner
- Good appearance
