Garment Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on inspection reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Communicate directly with vendors to resolve issues identified in final inspection reports.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and headquarters to maintain efficient process speeds.

• Provide technical solutions to vendors based on inspectors’ reports to prevent delays in FFDDs.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with vendors regarding all quality issues, offering precise feedback and necessary information.

• Adhere to company protocols for addressing quality issues during post-production.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• A friendly attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
