We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Fresher Fashion Designer who is passionate about designing and sketching, with a particular interest in bra design. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates designers to join our dynamic team and help create innovative and comfortable bras for our senior market in the US.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in researching and analyzing current fashion trends, market needs, and customer preferences in the senior intimate apparel market.
- Create original bra design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings
- Help develop detailed tech packs, including specifications for fabrics, trims, and construction methods.
- Collaborate with 3D designers, technical designers to develop prototypes and ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback, with a focus on comfort and support for seniors.
- Support the product development team to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs from concept to final product.
Job requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, draping, and pattern making.
- Strong sense of contemporary and innovative design aesthetics.
- High attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion design, with a passion for bra or lingerie design.
- Bachelor’s degree related to Design such as Architect, Arts or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.
