Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales:
• Expand the company's nationwide footprint through franchise acquisition and sales.
• Lead all franchising development functions, including strategic planning, recruitment, market analysis, and development initiatives.
• Manage the franchisee selection process, ensuring thorough due diligence and suitability assessments.
• Build relationships with luxury brand business owners, prestige/priority bank products, brokers, managers, investors, and corporate partners.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract investors worldwide.
• Meet growth metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Franchise Support:
• Understand the PPP's brand, goals, policies, and tools to support franchisees effectively.
• Train new franchisees and their staff in procedures and best practices.
• Regularly review franchisee performance against established standards.
• Develop action plans to enhance productivity and profitability for each office.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate regularly with franchise offices and organize quarterly broker meetings.
Corporate Liaison:
• Report to the CEO on the status of prospective franchisees, sales targets, and existing offices.
• Provide insights to corporate management and coordinate with corporate staff to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and laws.
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of 8 years of franchise sales and management experience, with knowledge of franchising spas/clinics, and luxury brands.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven sales closing ability and adherence to established processes.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, brand management, and sales development.
• Excellent communication skills across various channels.
• Ability to build credibility and influence diverse personalities.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Pragmatic, strategic thinker, and self-starter.
• Ability to travel as required, including overnight stays.
• Essential knowledge of the spa/clinic or luxury retail industry and national-wide business development experience.
