- Participate in product design and design of experiments (DOE) for beverage products.
- Grasp tastes and needs, serve product development through participating with the MKT/CTI/CMK team in consumer surveys.
- Implement product cost optimization, quality improvement, and production process optimization in the soft drink industry (CSD)
- Plan, deploy testing and transfer technology according to project requirements for research and product development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education & Knowledge: University degree or higher majoring in food technology, or related food industries, Knowledge of food technology, food hygiene and safety, cuisine and food sensory experience .
- Experience: At least 5 - 7 years in a similar position in Beverage Industry
Professional skills:
• Product research and development capabilities
• Good ability to analyze and synthesize
• Good level of specialized English reading comprehension (Ielts >5.5) or other equivalent qualifications
