Mô tả công việc
1. ORDER MANAGEMENT:
- Receive, process and validate export orders, deliveries and shipments from HVN Breweries
- Identify deviations in the order flow compared to forecast, discuss & resolve deviations with internal stakeholders & customer.
- Create and sending order confirmations to customers
- Take care of sample shipments
- Coordinate & manage internal unloading, loading & booking of transport/shipments followed agreed SLAs.
- Escalate to internal and external stakeholders with regard to the operation of export and large-scale supply chain issues (for example capacity problems in transport or calamities such as strikes…)
2. PLANNING:
- Make export plan (production, loading, transport)
- Coordinate with Supply Planning, Production & Logistic in line with production, transport/freight & logistic resource capacity.
- Track short- term variations vs. plan & attack root cause
3. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:
- Create and send export documents to internal and external parties, including invoices, container lists, custom documents, …
- Coordinate & consult with customs, forwarders & 4PL
- Handle invoices correctly and within the set lead times.
4. REPORTING:
- Create and send clear reports for the customer and internal organization regarding shipment data, service reports (on time / in full), issues, etc.
- Provide inputs for performance measurements, such as on time in full activities, complaints, timeliness invoicing, etc.
- Make provision of customer data, transport information, etc.
- Review the KPIs and deployments together with the team and other departments. Act on deviations from the targets (of the KPIs)
5. INVOICE & COMPLAINT HANDLING:
- Record & clarify with customers & other related parties on all required data regarding complaints (container numbers, loading data, issues, etc.)
- Work with internal organization (quality, logistic, production) to negotiate & manage complaints with customers: consult with insurance, ensure improvement actions, credit to customers…
6. TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Initiates & embeds improvements for process, tool used for Export
- Deploy loss & actively contribute to TPM agenda.
- Responsible for drawing up and managing clear procedures and work instructions.
- Recognizing and initiating cost-saving initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
University degree (Bachelor’s) in Logistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in shipping, transport, forwarding, and export transactions.
Knowledge of commercial and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence, establish, and maintain collaborative partnerships.
Experience using ERP systems.
Knowledge of and experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
