Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting minutes, and document organization. Compile reports from various departments, prepare business materials, and ensure transparent decision-making. Track and report on projects assigned by the GM. Understand the production process, support capacity planning, quality control, and scheduling. Analyze production efficiency and costs to suggest improvements. Resolve production issues and coordinate internal resources. Support HR functions, including staff allocation, performance evaluation, and training. Facilitate cross-department communication and resolve conflicts. Lead factory automation, digital transformation, and production optimization projects. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Monitor factory operations and provide solutions for production, quality, and customer complaint issues.

Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with certification. Strong team spirit and communication skills. Background in mechanical processing. Possession of a valid driver’s license.
