JOB SUMMARY
Being the “face” of the organization, this position’s key role is to proactively increase visibility of the company and its brands, follow up order, data consolidation, via association with key tribes and external partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Market Assessment, Consumer Understanding & Insight:
• Able to understand and position the strategic direction of each brand, in terms of
environment and segments.
• Understand the difference consumer needs by occasions and drinking habits.
• Collect & study competitors’ relevant tribal associations and sponsorships.
2. Sponsorship Strategy and Activation:
• Identify opportunities of sponsorship in Vietnam, to promote PRVN’s portfolio as first
choice of partner to work with.
• Coordinate with Brand Ambassador in implementation, to educate consumers and
increase brand visibility in events.
• Support B2B activities targeting to external stakeholder (Associations, tribes, HNWI….)
3. Engagement and Activation:
• Responsible for customer direct sales handling & logistic coordination.
• Assist to build and update database.
• Build and maintain good relationship with top priority & active customer based on
updated database.
• Develop & implement promotion programs to support sales achievement.
• Deliver Sales KPI.
4. Be a Brand Ambassador:
• Be well trained to conduct product mentoring sessions in events, when required.
5. Key performance Indicators:
• Financial: Assigned yearly value target.
• Non-Financial:
- No. of Activations Executed.
- Personal Effectiveness.
- Key Functional Responsibilities.
6. Working relationships:
• Internal:
- Private & Corporate Relation Manager: daily contact, regular review against objectives, planning meetings, formal and informal performance review.
- Peers: Reach alignment and be aware of other categories activities and performance, so as to ensure effective activation of company’s portfolio strategy direction.
• External:
- External Partners: Establish close relationship to understand the needs of theirs and include PRVN’s portfolio in their plans.
- Agencies: Work closely with agencies to plan and deliver most effectively strategies and plans and execute upon approval from management.
7. Admin:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, filing documents, update customers database.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as line manager request.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth office operations.
Job requirements
Education & Experience
• University graduated or above, PR or Communication major is preferred.
• 2+ years of Sales & PR related experience; event management & sponsorship related activities
