ERP Specialist

• To spearhead the implementation of ERP system (Netsuite), and to manage the system post go-live. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, as well as ongoing system management and optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Operation Support (60%)

• Act as admin role in managing master data of FIN, controlling access rights of users and other administrative roles of ERP ie. User management (new level, decentralization, locking, etc.), implementation of administrative operations.

• Act as helpdesk for ERP to facilitate all requirement from users in changing input data upon FD approval.

• Provide support to users, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

• Continuously monitor system performance to resolve concerns from users.

• Review relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications and update if required.

• Train end users – ensure stakeholders use the systems efficiently.\

ERP Implementation (40%)

• Upon receipt of requirements relating to ERP, perform assessment to ensure ERP applications meet the business needs.

• Propose work arounds and process improvements (if any).

• Perform customization change to software using coding if required to improve operational efficiencies.

• Test customizations, reports & ensure stakeholders sign off on the completed requirements.

• Work on optimizing configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. (add on)

• Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams and system specifications.

• Possess a relevant IT university degree – specifically C#, HTML, SQL

• Experience in Ms Query, Power BI, Power Pivot, SQL-based queries for data analysis

• Experience in Oracle ERP (Netsuite)

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skill, good communication skills

• Good research & Self-learning

• Coding is a plus

• Work independently as well as in a team

• Good English communication is a plus
