Environment Assistant Manager - Phát Triển Bền Vững Cùng Tập Đoàn Quốc Tế Crystal International

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Quality & Sustainability (CQS) team. You will lead the execution of corporate circularity and waste management strategies and support environmental operations at our Vietnam and Cambodia factories. This is a key role in driving our sustainability agenda and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of waste management strategies, focusing on pre-consumer fabric waste.

• Support circularity and waste management initiatives across factories, including on-site inspections.

• Supervise factories’ compliance with legal, customer, and corporate requirements.

• Support environment-related operations, including Higg FEM & ZDHC initiatives at Vietnam and Cambodia factories.

• Oversee the certification process for sustainable materials (e.g., GRS, RCS, GOTS, BCI, OCS).

• Monitor and report on environmental performance and customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer roles).

• Experience in garment manufacturing and knowledge of Higg FEM, ZDHC, GRS, RCS, GOTS, BCI, and OCS is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of local waste management regulations.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
