Electrical And Instrument / Engineer (Làm Việc Tại Thanh Hóa)

1. Supporting Tendering department to prepare technical proposal

2. Come out conceptual design and draft MTO for the bidding estimation.

3. Able to estimate resources needed for each task for duration, manpower, equipment, consumable and tools.

4. Able to understand all the electrical device and component for the draft MTO.

5. Able to prepare single line diagram follow the conceptual design.

6. Provide detailed plan and maintenance activity of daily maintenance plan for instrument equipment and system

7. Provide technical support and expertise in an effort to maintain reliable instrument equipment & systems for the refinery

8. Provide technical advice on the disassembling and assembling of various types and sizes of instrument equipment and related components

9. Ability of instructing and guiding of accuracy inspection and overhaul inspection

10. Understanding of inspection purpose of inspection places, inspection items and standards

11. Understanding of procedures and precautions of equipment inspection

12. Ability of instructing and guiding of Electrical & Instrument work

13. Understanding of parts for each type of work and material standards

14. Ability of instructing and guiding of instrument work in accordance with work plan, work drawing and loop diagrams, piping work, electrical wiring work, explosion proofing work, painting work, hot-cold insulation work

15. Having basic knowledge and experiences of measuring unit

16. Having basic knowledge of /experiences in method of measuring physical quantity (direct measuring, indirect measuring), absolute measurement, comparative measurement displacement method, null method compensation method, substitution method, coincidence method, differential method

17. Having knowledge about types and inspection methods of reference, standard and measuring instrument (reference current generator, reference resistor, reference differential pressure generator, reference thermometer, reference weight)

18. Having knowledge about types and inspection methods of measuring instruments for transaction certification (flow meter, balance, truck scale, tank level gauge)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance in oil and gas industries.

• Strong communication and presentation skill

• Good command of English

• Have knowledge in international standards, petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment

• Be able to prepare procedure documents and PTW

• Flexibility and willingness to travel overseas

• Fundamental knowledge of electrical safety and area classification. Ingress Protection, Ex Proof.

• Computer skills in MS Word, excel, AutoCAD.
