Ecommerce Nestern

1. Manage eCommerce campaign execution with materials design, scheme operation preparation, landing page implementation and DDay follow up and reporting

- Shop in Shop Decoration & Setup

- Tracking PO with EC team to ensure stock availability before campaign, fill stock after campaign

- Campaign check-in at 0 - 2am of monthly Double day, 15, 25, mega, brand campaigns to track realtime sell-out vs plan

- Tracking competitor movement

2. Stock management & gift storage and delivery monthly to distributor and internal warehouse

- Manage gift stock for Ecom & re-order request

- Deliver gift request for Ecom platforms

- Stock report consolidate

3. Smooth paperwork operation

- Contract follow up & sign

- PO/PR: with agencies

- Payment Follow up (GR, Documents,…)

- Vendor code creation

4. Monitor rating & review and CS to contribute to the increasing of sales conversion onsite

- Have experience as an Ecommerce Intern

- Fluent in speaking and writing in English

- Has consistently demonstrated success in delivering engaging execution, operation and relationship management among stakeholders.

- Solid ecommerce expertise: technical and functional knowledge

- Quick adaptability and deliver in shorter leadtimes based on

- dynamic environmental changes

- Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations.

- Project management skills

- Strong relationship management abilities
