E - Merchandise Executive
Job description
The E-Merchandise Executive is responsible for ensuring optimal brand representation and user experience across e- commerce platforms. This role focuses on managing and executing the visual and operational aspects of online stores to maximize customer engagement, drive conversions, and meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Guideline Management:
• Manage creative output and implement visibility guidelines for brand representation across platforms, including campaign-specific pages and onsite decorations.
• Ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign goals to support long-term growth of e-stores. Platform New Initiatives & Market Trend:
• Stay up to date with the latest tools, features, and activities on e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Quickly adapt and implement new platform initiatives, integrating them into the creative strategy for on-site displays and visibilities.
• Have sensitivity about social media trends and translate them into innovative creative assets that resonate with the target audience on e-commerce platforms.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute detailed Design Checklist tailored to different campaigns, including SIS decoration, banner layouts, and product displays, ...
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Creative) to align campaign design and messaging with brand objectives and customer insights.
Quality Control & Compliance:
• Oversee the setup and quality check of SIS and E-Store displays, ensuring they meet brand standards and are optimized for user experience.
• Conduct regular audits of onsite visibilities, banners, and product content to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and complies with platform requirements.
Job requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-Commerce, creative or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years in Merchandise Advisor, Creative Marketing, or a similar role with a focus on Online Visual
- Merchandising and Campaign Management.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
