E&A Specialist (Automation - Management Level)

✅ Ensure Equipment Reliability – Lead proactive maintenance strategies (RCM) to maximize uptime and efficiency.

✅ Optimize Asset Performance – Develop and deploy Heineken Asset Care Standards (HACS) into the EAM/CMMS system and support the Strategic Preventive Maintenance (SPM) program.

✅ Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) – Lead and facilitate TPM-based improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance asset lifecycles.

✅ Implement Predictive Maintenance – Champion the transition to condition-based maintenance and advanced predictive maintenance techniques.

✅ Ensure Compliance & Change Management – Own the MOC (Management of Change) & MDM (Master Data Management) processes to maintain regulatory and operational standards.
