I. Job Description
1. Strategy Development and Customer Journey Mapping:
• Support Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) manager in developing a total customer experience (CX) strategy, customer journey, and loyalty program aligned with the overall company direction and business objectives.
• Take full ownership to develop 3P (Mall) with Shoppee/ Tiki to achieve digital KPIs (Traffic, Conversion rate, Transactions).
• Research market trends and analyze customer behaviors and touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the D2B, D2B2C (Partnership channel) team to build strong relationships with partners to drive sales & synergy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to support ecommerce sales initiatives.
2. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Develop marketing and integrated communication plans to promote company's D2C/CRM platforms (OBS, Ecom, Customer Experience Space Center).
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing communication teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and personalized messages.
• Work with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to implement campaigns to drive D2C sales through various channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop customer benefits, loyalty programs, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms.
• Analyze analytics data to learn how users interact with our Websites, Shopee/Lazada/Tiki platform.
• Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management.
• Conduct ongoing optimization testing (A/B testing, multivariate testing etc.) to improve conversions.
• Analyze user behavior data, goals achievement and drop-offs to identify friction areas.
• Present actionable insights through detailed reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Manage Google/Facebook Ads campaigns and attribution modeling.
• Work with development teams to integrate optimizations based on data findings.
3. Platform Development:
• Support D2C/CRM manager and collaborate with IT (local, HQ) to oversee the management and enhancement of all digital platforms, focusing on optimizing UI/UX and CX of the Mobile App and E-commerce platform.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and present reports on key CRM metrics of LG OBS and key D2C marketing metrics. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Administrative:
• Support D2C/CRM manager in managing budgets and expenses for D2C/CRM platforms and activities.
• Prepare day-to-day documentation, approvals, and payments as required.

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
